A year at our school
We held our inaugural Premier's Spelling Bee Competition in 2026. It was a fantastic event, with 40 of our top spellers across Years 3-6 participating in this highly competitive challenge. All students demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship as they showcased their impressive spelling skills. Well done to all 40 of our bright and talented participants.

Our original school bell was carefully restored recently and now stands proudly at the main entrance on Ward Street. This bell holds deep historical significance for the Epping West Public School community, symbolising decades of learning and tradition.
To honour its importance and our upcoming milestone, a commemorative plaque has been affixed to the bell. In 2027, Epping West PS is celebrating its Centenary—100 years of dedicated education. The plaque is a tribute to our rich heritage and the remarkable journey our school has taken since its founding.
