Epping West Uniform Shop
The Epping West Uniform Shop sells all compulsory uniform items required for your child as well as optional accessories. The shops sells new, as well as a limited offering of second-hand, uniforms.
Wearing the school uniform at Epping West is compulsory and considered an essential part of school life.
The school has a summer and winter uniform:
· Summer uniform is worn from the beginning of Term 4 through to the end of Term 1.
· Winter uniform is worn during Terms 2 and 3.
There is normally a two week changeover period where both summer and winter uniform can be worn depending on the weather.
Epping West also has a sports uniform with house colours which is worn by Years 3 to Year 6 on a Friday. Students from Kindergarten to Year 2 have their own sports uniform, which they wear on their designated sports day.
The school also has a representative uniform for those representing the school in choir, band, strings, debating and other official functions.
We endeavour to make purchasing uniforms easy and convenient, and we are happy to help with sizing.
Orders can be placed online 24/7, or in person during our opening hours. We take cash or card.
Opening hours and location
The Uniform Shop is open every Wednesday from 8.45am to 10am during Term time.
The shop is located at school, between the canteen and staff car park near Gate 2 (Carlingford Road side).
Second-hand
We welcome donations of uniforms that children have outgrown. Please ensure your donations are in a usable condition and have been washed. Donations can be dropped off at the Uniform Shop during its opening hours.
Second-hand uniforms are available for purchase at the shop only. All items sold as second-hand are sold as is and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on them.
Exchange / Returns Policy
Exchanges or refunds must be requested in person at the Uniform Shop during its opening hours.
We will exchange or refund any new garments purchased at the Uniform Shop so long as the item has not been worn, and the tags have not been removed.
The purchase receipt must be provided when a refund is requested, and exchange is dependent on size availability.
There are no refunds or exchanges for Hats, Socks, Hair Accessories and Second-Hand items.
Damaged/Faulty Items
We will gladly exchange or refund any new item purchased if the item is found to be faulty at time of purchase.
